This is why many of their ex-customers choose to stay mouth-closed because they fear of being sued. But they need to report them to the FTC if you ask me. |

RE: FakeGuru.net | Need Partners to support
Hollyshit man i am confused now but dont people have option to post reviews how they like the product or not or discuss about it like people do on amazon or other sites.
instead of calling out scammer to somebody people should be able to disscus and review the product and let other people know how the product was. I think that atleast customers can do right ?? |

You could... but even a simple review can get you in lots of trouble. I've seen many news reports about people getting sued because they left a bad rating on Yelp

RE: FakeGuru.net | Need Partners to support
there is nothing to research. as i said before, people can sue for everything and anything. it doesn't mean they will win.
there is however a difference between an opinion and an actual review. there are so many people that confuse the two. to me, a review is actually testing a product or service for a reasonable amount of time. for these products that come out, to me a reasonable amount of time is 30 days and that is usually the typical refund time frame. when you see reviews on bbhf and other website, they are NOT reviews. they come from people who haven't tested it and have absolutely no case study behind it. since you said you wanted to create a review site, i was assuming you know what an actual review is. if you are confused on that then you shouldn't start a review site because the site will be VERY subjective. with that said, in order to do proper reviews, you have to buy the products. if you get them free on places like this forum, you cannot do a proper review LEGALLY. when someone is going to sue a reviewer, they have two options. go after the reviewer or go after the site owner. both are responsible. usually they will go after the site owner first. if they win their case, they will possibly go after the site owner as well. the very minimum they will ask for is that the review get taken down and deleted. i agree with the people who say to shrug the shit off even though they sound like pimply faced teenagers when they say it because they don't know shit. i also agree with the couple of people who say you can be sued and you should prepare for it even though these people sound like a bunch of paranoid propoganda attention seekers who's in to conspiracy theories. the people above are talking to an extreme one way or the other way. i lean towards a middle ground. you have to do things the right way. how do you do things the right way? well first you have to expect to spend thousands of dollars on product just so you and others can do the reviews. because of this, you will have to find a way for the site to make money to pay for the products/services. you would also have to have some sort of reciept system where whoever the reviewer is, they can attach a reciept. the review would also have to be reviewed to make sure it goes within the guidelines of a legal review. so typically a person would follow a certain format and not deviate from it. this way, you aren't giving special privileges or the opposite to any one product/service. no guesswork and no favorites. if you want to do things the black hat way, you can always do that too and be 100% anonymous and the reviewers can be 100% anonymous. but if you go that route, expect a lot less interaction and engagement you have to understand that anyone who offers products/services make their living off that and their reputation. one has to be 100% certain that that the product/service lives up to the implied expectations or doesn't live up to the implied expectations. the reviews have to be OBJECTIVE a review site for what you want to accomplish is very doable. but it takes responsibility because the site itself will hold a lot of power. all you have to decide is if you want that responsibility. if you do, then create the site. if you don't create the site, you can still create awareness with the domain without talking about anyone specifically and without talking about any specific product. you just target keywords that involve SCAM or FRAUD etc.... i.e. "internet marketing scam" or "list building fraud" etc... or have reviews written for certain people and products/services and then review the review and black out the names of the creators and the names of the products/services. where it will just be hard to prove who or what exactly we are targeting. this is a little bit nonsensical for newbies though who you would typically be targeting but will STILL get the word out there to watch out for certain things. at the end of the day, nobody is gonna come after you unless it's obviously blatant that you were targeting someone and giving either false information, or the review was so subjective that it only listed the negative and not the positive. nobody is gonna spend money flying to where you live and open a court case at your local courthouse unless they have a strong case against you. for small claims, it's not even worth it. for a civil suite, you have court costs PLUS attorney fees. they don't just spend that kind of money unless they can at least get that money back somehow. so in this case, it helps to be poor and with very little assets. nobody is gonna spend money going after someone who isn't worth the time or day. believe me...... You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone that can never repay you

I started this thread to get some partners to help. But i dont think anybody is interested at all. i know people are concern here for legal issues and i totally get that. but people can support other wise offering some time or service they are good at. its been a while i created this thread and have not got single PM yet to support this project. Just imagine if founder's of bbhf did not decided to create this forum we would have not been here and paying hard earned money for all those shit courses and products like other people are paying. I will wait till next month to see if anybody PM's to support the project ! |
