All I could say of about the OP is that is quite weird. I even run blackhat ads and I never got banned once. Not to mention that I did use a cloaker. I'd have to admit that they are 'shitcakefuckers' sometimes, and always wanting a photo of ID before advertising with them. I can assure anyone though, nobody would ever get banned if they follow the TOS and or pick up a cloaker.
