There are numerous email marketing courses, ebooks, training, etc... dating all the way back to 1995. The money is STILL in the list. But not until you gain trust by giving away quality products that scream you are seriously overdelivering.

You have to be memorable so make them think you must be crazy and they'll keep opening your emails out of curiosity alone. Sell without selling and above all don't be boring otherwise you risk getting complaints instead of a long-term relationship.

2. Can anyone share a review about how responsive these leads are? What open rate did you get?
3. What info do I get if I join? Is it in a CSV/Excel format? Does it include the answers to the survey questions for each lead?

1. 99% of all members that have joined do not have an email server even setup. It's hard to get reviews but members are willing to learn and going through the process to learn. They wanted to secure a solid lead source vs scrapping spam traps, etc.. from the web.
