Actually, 99% Of them are Real - if they are Common names e.gJohn.smith@gmail.com etc . But always run them through a verifier first [Many can be found here]
Then you can email them all affiliate offers, CPA offers, add them on facebook accounts etc [a full email guide, and software is included in the purchase by the way]
