Hi, our sever did go offline for a couple of days due to a networking error with our hosting provider but that issue was resolved and it's business as usual. Our contact email address is support@webuildtools.com

The reason that your emails bounced back is due to the email address you were sending them to.

Neither the product or us have gone down. We're still here and always have been. Our server did go offline for a while due to a networking fault with our web hosting provider but that was resolved a while back now.
