3- works with all browsers?

The plugin detects if the user is logged into FB or not so if he is not logged in simply the plugin wont fire.

As long as the browser supports cookies being dropped yes.Probably wont work on TOR :)

Just wondering what to do when the download link has expired?? Have tried sending a support ticket, but your system doesn't accept the captcha code that I type in, even though it is correct, I tried it about 5 times, it just won't recognise it.
