2) Doesnt work
3) Lousy customer support
4) Excuses why it doesnt work when they decide to reply.

All in all i give this plugin a 1 out of 10.

I hate it so much i removed it from all my blogs. Why? Because im not sitting there wondering and babysitting the plugin to see if it works. They cant fix it? Who knows about the latest version, if there is one, but it failed to work on two different themes and im not about to change the themes out just to satisfy this stupid plugin. Get real!!

Thanks for the feedback about the plugin. It certainly does work and it works very well indeed. The plugin has a number of options in how it performs the "like jack" and due to the specific task the plugin executes it has to be able to do certain things to carry this out.

Without revealing the details of how the plugin works I can say that some themes can prevent the plugin from performing its task if you choose the "Jack on Images", "Jack on Videos" or "Jack Anywhere" options.

However, the "Modal Box" jacking option is the option that will work every time regardless of the theme. We added all of these jacking options to suit as many users as possible but when a theme interferes with some of the jacking options there is always the Modal Box option there.

Customer support always reply and bend over backwards to help customers by carrying out full testing of the plugin. This includes explaining the most obvious of things to some customers and how the settings work and why you should use them etc.

I monitor the customer support desk and often see customers literally having their hand held when it comes to explaining how the plugin works. The support team troubleshoot customers WP installs, find what is causing the issue, resolve it, test it again and then take screen shots of that.

All of this support is included as part of the purchase of the plugin and considering the 50% discount code brings the price down to just $23.50 for a FB Like Jacker I think that's pretty good value.


The support desk isn't manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To man it like that it would increase overheads which is something we like to keep low so that we can offer 50% discounts to forum members.

It's a BH plugin that does a very specific job that no other WP plugin does, it's just $23.50 and that includes incredibly thorough support too.
