This is some of the most life saving info anyone can ever give - and for free - wow !!
Sugar is the most widely used, single most addictive drug in the history of our species - yet it is regarded by most everyone (due to early childhood indoctrinations) as a normal part of daily life, without any questioning.
This is despite the astounding proliferations of obesity and diabetes as well as other diseases for which sugar is the fuel to make them worse.
Then add in the simple fact that most sugars are now also from GM crops and it is amazing that so few folks are looking at it as the rat poison that it is.
