Emails quota per shared hosting
A small doubt for me.
How many emails can we send per day from general shared hosting ? hosting companies: Hostgator and ipage thanks in advance |

General rule of thumb is about 400 per hour but not 400 every hour - Vary it a bit and skip the odd hour

General Rule:
Don't use hostgator, godaddy, lunar pages, and companies like that. Use smaller companies that won't be so quick to suspend your account for sending BULK EMAIL. (06-20-2014 01:33 AM)arkanth Wrote: A small doubt for me. |

Hostgator has a max of 500 per hour, but 400-450 would be the safe range to be in when using them to keep from going over. I can say out of the 2 or 3 times ive used them i haven't had any issues, however as listed above they as well as other bigger companies have been known to suspend. If anything just use the 1 cent coupon and give their smtp a trial if you do plan to give them a try.
