Email copywriting freelance beginner, couldn't understand how to research a target industry
Hi everyone,
I've been hanging around this forum for a while, and have been trying to get into email copywriting freelance for awhile now with no success. Is there a course that you know of, or any resource that shows how to pick a target industry? I've gone through some courses on how to start consulting, and choose email copywriting as the service to start. But somehow the industry I pick using their guides doesn't respond at all, so it might be that I don't really understand how to pick a target. Would really appreciate someone points me to the right direction. Thanks[/align] |

Email Marketing =//= Email LIST
It is all about your email list? how you got that list dictates what you sell or better said ""Email"" to that list? {bad}Example: you get email addresses of people interested in Cats... you send emails selling DOG food....only certain % of these people are ALSO interested in DOGs. now if you send emails selling something totally unrelated? about line dancing for dentists? Only a REALLY SMALL percentage are going to be interested at all?!!! So it all depends on your email list in the first place??? |
