Then when it's time to sit down and write an email or design a campaign or put together a funnel or whatever, I mentally scan that list to pick and choose whatever method(s) work best.

And that's how it'll work with you, too.

What Will We Do?

It's a pretty simple process - after your payment clears, we'll either connect via PM or dedicated email that only you will have access to.

(Every client will be setup with their own email address / communication channel.)

I'll ask you a few basic questions about your business, what you're promoting, how you get your leads, etc. You respond, and then we dialogue back and forth from there.

Once I feel like I have a good handle on what it is you're trying to do, I'll help you map out a plan of how to best maximize sales and profits.

This can include, but wouldn't be limited to:

--how you should position yourself (Are you a "guru"? An "expert"? The person who's just "two steps ahead"? None of those?)

I write -- and I know that I make money doing that too!

So, he's 'like me' -- which is also a big step in the sales process (familiarity,
recognition).

Next, he has some good reviews (and no bad ones). Not a game-changer,
either way, but useful.

And He follows up in the same thread, in the same tone of voice, in a
helpful way, adding value. (He didn't paste his text here then conduct
himself only by PM, and he continued answering questions as they were
raised: essential for any coach.)

So, my next step was to PM him and introduce myself to see what
his reaction was, and how he would reply. I told him a bit about myself
and why I was interested.

He replied within hours. He responded, in detail, to every point, answered
every question, and offered similar types of information about himself.

We quickly gained a rapport and an understanding...

Truth be told, I hate this question being asked up front because it often means people aren't serious and are looking for the proverbial "get out of jail free" card if they don't put in the effort to get results. But again, I get that people have been burned here, so here's what we'll do:

You have to put in the work - this is one of the reasons I need to be on your list so I can get your emails...to not only help you tweak creating them, but to make sure you're sending them in the first place.

If we've gone a full 12 weeks, you've sent at least 4+ emails per week, every week, for 8 weeks, have an appropriate offer and such, have an appopriate sized list / are regularly adding people to that list, and you've implemented everything I've told you to implement (all verified via video), and you haven't made double your investment back, then I'll either refund you or continue coaching you - whichever you want.

This isn't a "get rich quick" scheme, nor is it for something that doesn't want to put the time and effort in - serious people only.

Oh - what does "an appropriate sized list" and "regularly adding people to that list" mean? I can't say - it'll depend on your offer.

--Does this coaching have to be just for "you"?

Yes and no - meaning I'm only going to coach you. You can't add team members or partners or whomever else.

Obviously, the more about a niche you know (or are willing to learn), the more it'll benefit you. However, I do realize that sometimes people want to get into niches because there's $$$ to be had, but they have no interest in them.

For example, a buddy of mine once talked of getting into the golf niche because he knows golfers are big spenders, but he absolutely hated golf. lol

I *can* show you a way to get into a niche without having to learn much about it. It is a little labor intensive, but once you get the ball rolling, it doesn't take a ton to maintain and grow.

The one benefit to this method is that it's simple to rinse and repeat, so you could be building lists / marketing to people in multiple niches at once.

Ok, so lemme describe my morning so far...

(lol I know...what do you care what my morning has been like? Just stick with me for a minute...)

***620am - I wake up a little earlier than usual for me, but I'm still adjusting to setting the clocks back over the weekend (stupid Daylight Savings Time...why is that still even a thing, anyway?)

***640am - I finally pull myself outta bed and get on my "morning rituals" - change clothes, use the bathroom, take my AM vitamins, do a little exercise, brush my teeth, make my bed...all that kinda stuff

***700am - sit down at my laptop to check email, scroll through FB, etc (I know...EXCELLENT use of time, lol)

***710am - open up a blank file to write today's newsletter email to my list(s)...even though I have NO idea what I'm gonna write about, yet

***713am - after having run through a few ideas in my head (not only how to position the offer I plan on promoting today, but what sorta email type I wanna send out), I start writing

***729am - email is done, open up aweber to start copy and pasting everything over there to send

***731am - everything looks good in aweber, hit the "Send" button

***735am - see that the newsletter has arrived in a couple of my different email inboxes (I always have my own email address on my list so I can make sure newsletters are actually send, don't hit spam filters, etc)

A minute or two after that, I come over to check some things at BBHF and (obviously) make this post. Now here's the thing - I'm NOT done working for today...not by a long shot.

But I most definitely *could* be if I wanted to.

I'm gonna keep working as I have other projects I'm messing with and so on, so I have other stuff I wanna do. But if I didn't wanna do that stuff...I wouldn't have to. The big, meaningful, main $$$-grabbing part of my day is done...

...and not only is it still well before 8am

...not only have I been out of bed <90 minutes

...the whole process took me a little over half an hour.

What's more, to steal a metaphor from Kevin O'Leary on Shark Tank, my emails are like little soldiers - I hit the send button once, but they all go out and work for me relentlessly...over and over and over.

Some emails will get read this morning. Some will get read tonight. Some will get read tomorrow or the next day.

Some will hit that "sweet spot" with a reader and convince them to pull out their credit card immediately. Some will "plant that seed" so it's easier to sell the reader on something later on. Some will be that "final push" the reader needs to go ahead and buy.

All of which happens while I go about the rest of my day, no more work, time, or effort needed from me - I just have to sit back and grin when I get the "Notification of Payment Received" messages in my inbox.

HOWEVER - I've decided to change that.

If you already have a lead gen model in place, then that's fantastic - keep going what you're doing.
