I am interested in your 40% off sale. However, the monthly plan reverts back to the full price after just one month? The 6 month and yearly plan renew at the sale price - why not the monthly?

I wrote a month ago to Startbucks for further information and so far no reply! What if it were to answer a question of my client? I hope the customer service has improved since yesterday!
