Some questions:

Are we able to edit these websites after completing (new customer content, changes etc)?

Are the websites hosted ONLY on StarBucks servers or can be hosted on our own accounts?

Are there any monthly hosting fees and if so how much per website?

Yes, you can surely make changes easily according to your needs.
The site is hosted on your own server. You will get step by step instructions on the overall business plan, choosing proper business idea/domain, hosting guidance.. etc. together with the site. A web hosting allows you to host multiple websites, it's not charged per website.
