terrarium tv is for android, but you can use an emulator for PC's. To learn about how to do that and some general info about it, have a read through some of the info here: https://terrarium-tv.org - You can find the Terrarium APK all over the web.
Note: Use a VPN, especially when hunting tv, music and movies! I use nord, but there's a bunch of quality inexpensive VPN providers floating around.
As for torrent search engines, I use what's already been said, but really most everything I'd want to watch can be streamed using terrarium and also quickly grabbed using torrdroid.

Again, install it on a media box along with terrarium and you are set.
