Does Crack/Patch websites legal?
Hi guys,
I would like to start a website which contains crack, patch and serial keys for all software's. Question 1:- Is it illegal? Question 2:- If i run a website whether software owners file a case against me and move to jail? Question 3:- Is there anyway to run the website successfully without any problem in future? Probably if you keep it small noone will ever care but if you register a domain on your name, have a host on your name and you are not a big player like skidrow (just saying one) they will probably find you. Torrents are the key for what you want to do.. |

Not good for long term. If you want to go for long term, go for some legal stuff. I had DOWNLOAD site, but I shut it down because there is no point of wasting time on a thing with which you can't go for a long run. I also right now have online movie watching site with 35000 movies database on autopilot, but I am going to shut it down too in the upcoming future because they are temporarily good for earning money, using adf ly or PPD stuff.
Just a suggestion, go for some legal stuff, not for this. Telling you from my personal experience. 
Feel free to send me crack request, but make sure it is paid request!

One more doubt!
i won't upload crack/keygen's to my hosting servers. Just i specify download links which are uploaded by someone already in my website.. Is it legal? Having disclaimer, Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy in my website can make my site legal? i found many crack / keygen sites use this trick to protect from lawsuit's! I don't know whether it is really safe from case against owners! |
