That product is actually this popular plugin ($32) first introduced in 2014 (updated on April 09, 2018):

the missing parts are the 20 added niche templates and customizations for various verticles. like roofing etc
plus the full presentation and pitch to sell this using ringless voicemail  |

I was able to figure it out right away, and created a template. That`s all they did using the plugin, was create those templates with the plugin and then market it as part of the bonus.
It`s a very intuitive plugin, and one could create these templates within a few hours. |
