How to get new copywriting/consulting clients?

That's the question i've been asking myself for a long time.
I studies many answers and observed many strategies.
Yes, i cold called, cold emailed, and used marketing to attract clients.
(I enjoy the last option more)

There are countless gurus poping up with new ideas or angles to help you get all the clients you want.

And you can use any stratergy your heart desires.

What most forget is that...

Wrong clients can buy you a ticket to a room you can't escape.
In many senses of these words.

Times when you can just write copy or consult have gone.
A long time ago.
