it seems that it is more around buying a SE "Refund Service" and let the blackhat "refunded" item send to the buyers. If it is like that I would highly recommend to not do that. In some countries this is not blackhat but illegal.

none of the above and I don't teach anyone to do carding or Social Engineering. Refunds also wouldn't work.

If you use eBay to make sales, yes you will get paid through Paypal.
