Create bot for upcoming new app, "Brabble" on GooglePlay and Android

I need someone who can create a web-based user-friendly bot for the
website and social networking app "Brabble" - Brabble(dot)com

I need the bot to be able to gather users from the "Explore" tab (Most
popular or Fresh), Follow users, Followback users. I would also like if
it could "love" + "like" posts. Wanted to buy at the right price! Not
all features are required, but most importantly is follow and gather
users. I am looking for something thats very user friendly and doesn't
crash!
