Yes, i have worked with sendy and amazon ses in the past. In sendy I can just change the setting and use another account, but how much time require to create new amazon account and increase the limits to 50k emails per day ? From my own experience I know that not always amazon letting to increase the limits and they dont like IM niche emails.

Hi there,

I'm currently at zero (0) subscribers, but looking for a solution to put in place before launching a new site I'm currently building (business directory and community portal).

Domains are a dime a dozen, as much as I just bought my own server (for unlimited VPS) and will have it up and running soon - simply leaving me to wonder, for my slower-growing email list, would this still be Professional and Convenient for me to use with my clients? In other words: People opt-in to subscribe to my newsletter whereby with this tool - I can either 1) upload my newsletter to the auto-responder and send it or 2) this allows me to construct my newsletter, before adding it to the auto-responder?

I'm new to email marketing, and just trying to understand the 'use case scenario' for how this would work in the overall process of me being able to send out newsletters. A little insight into the mechanics of this would help go a long way toward me deciding if this might be the solution I need :-)

EDIT: OK 1st to myself:

2nd: After taking the time to actually read your OP - it pretty much answers all my question (haha) sorry! Seems like all I would really need are some quality email templates (with lots 'round here) and this would be like 'set it and forget it'. I also like the idea of being about learning how to do this myself on any other domain, and set-up this system for clients.

I'd be interested to hear a review, as much as I am now going to work on setting-up my server. I'll keep a close-eye on this BSO.

I have my method to create Amazonses account and raise limit to 50k easily. Just hit the registration button, register and fill the limit increase form. (This process shouldn't take you more then 10mins) Then wait for their response which usually come within 2hours.
