Cms Pro v4 + Upgrade 4.05 and 4 modules

indeed v3.80 is the best but cant get any fresh version of this cms.

I already have the 3.80 complete with all working modules.
I hope that the author will resolve any serious bugs of version (awesome) 4.

Does 3.80 v have the same membership system like v4 ? Is it compatible with digishop down version ?
