You can use it in new account, it is valid for USA AdWords account only.

They are cheaper because they don't offer any replacement. They get the cheap things and sell it to the customers and don't care about their retention. But I do care about this.

I am not reselling the service, I was using this for myself, so I just thought that people may need of this. That's why I started this BSO.

Today I received an order and delivered the order within 4 hours.
