Resolved: It was enough to remove the file aplication - config - config_upload_theme
Delete these lines
upload_theme.archives = "mp3"
upload_theme.archives = "mid"
upload_theme.archives = "midi"
upload_theme.archives = "wav"

Upload zip files now works at 100%

Home new item.
address the new item is http://www.mydomain.com/themes/item/204/name_theme
