@william40 and Little Lulu: I'm not sure if the problem with it not working is with the source of the download or with the product itself but I just grabbed this plugin off PSDKeys.

You can download it from one of the two links I give you below and try it again.

Please report to the thread whether it worked or not so others who may want it can download it.

Most of the time, I just share links I find once I confirm that the links work. I don't always use the product myself or even download it to my computer, so I may not be able to address issues you're having with it. i tried again to download the zippyshare link had expired so i got the mediafire
still getting same message
tried putting the file on the desktop and loading from there but no luck
i have some cartoon actions that work fine but wanted to get a look at this as it looks very good
