Well if you don't build the list then you have to buy the traffic forever, it's like how you use Fb ads, you have to use it over and over even after you get some sales because what you don't own the list, Facebook does

Just 1 Instagram account

That is 7 months old system for that amount and it has quite a few websites inside.

A bunch of software to do all the work, some paid some free some trails but for paid there's always free alternatives so don't worry if money is an issue.
