Hi mate, yes lesson learned. Even reviewers badge could mean nothing, but hey, you won't succeed never if you are wanting free things all the time.
Don't let false alarms stop you. You must have seen that Paypal is accepted via send money to friends and family.

As long as you follow steps in videos you'll be safe. Common sense: if you don't abide by B1ng ads rules, your acc is in risk no matter where in the world you are.

Before giving review copies look up users posts, its a clear indication if they are just leechers looking for free products or people who actually give constructive and in depth reviews. Someone who says only "its a good product" is useless to boost your sales.

1A-For almost a year.
2A-As long gniB accepts paypal.
3A-I don't think you can saturate a payment method.
