OK so as a legitimate buyer of this BSO. Here is my quick feedback so far.

The method, as usual, seems good. But the implementation is where things don't work as expected.
I've received guidance from the creator via Skype, but so far I've spent over 40 dollars, including the cost of the BSO and have not made any real progress.
Now I have some bitcoin money that seems to have gone nowhere and will have to try to track it and recover it from a foreign company

Will provide an update once some progress is made.

Why wouldn't the creator of the BSO set up PayPal payments to get more customers (like me) who don't know about BTC...

Hi mate, great question,
As OP I have two reasons why I don't set a paypal button:
One is that the method itself requires to use BTC. And the other one is that I don't offer refund as stablisehd in the sales letter.
Said that you can do buy it using paypal BUT sending money as friend and family only at $30.

PayPal method review:

Well, it looks complicated but after you watch videos and read pdf at least two times everything will be clear to you. There is one PDF and two videos and I tested this method and its work. You can buy VCC with bitcoins but I also added money with my Visa card and make one VCC with that money. One thing only, for my country I need fully verified accunt at that VCC provider and I done that all.

Now I have working USA Paypal account and will test it in future.
