Just to settle this once and for all. I thank UfoMoneyGal for sharing the Bing ads free advertising credit. Free is good so +Reps.

As for elvee4eva he is 100%correct. The OTO1 has the Bing ads free Advertising credits and the Copy my Campaign 200+ campaign (keywords, bids, ads...) and is $73.94. OTO2 is the Clickbank App Maker w/ lifetime membership and priced at $173.00. Screen shots below and it is settled because we got something free and UfoMoneyGal didn't share the 200+ campaign info.
