This looked interesting so I went ahead and have bought the Adsense X course, and I found out that it's a known practice among experienced black hatters, almost since Adsense + (x) appeared.
It comes in a PDF file, enough information to understand the method, lacks of information on minor steps, but basically you'll get the overall steps and you should have enough with it to get started.
Could you adsenseaccount get banned? YES. It would not take and it won't, take much to G to determinate your source of traffic and it will CLOSE your account with no mercy. Period. While it does not happen, then you can get paid, but be prepared to say goodbye to it sooner or later.
