Flagging is the common problem.But i have never got any since i'm not using copied or copyright content! In the mean while you can hide your video statics and disable comment section too.Check out activities regularly happening in your videos and channel as well.

Yeah it works mostly with google ! I believe and concentrate always in Google traffic more than YouTube, YouTube has another algorithm to stand out any video at Top and it takes time too much.Since many years i been working with Google and rank videos at the top position with no problem. :)
