Buying Email Server Guide

I'm looking for email server tutorial, and i have found 3 BBHF member are selling it

It's not an easy game and you need to put time, money and knowledge to make it.

As everything else, If you do it right, you can make money.

Actually i was about to purchase your sprintsender to give it a try but when i was on the checkout, i was shocked :

For the first year every license will have free software updates and upgrades. After which, for each year the charges for updates and upgrades will be $199

For the 1st month the support is free and thereafter $10 per hour.

To transfer the software from one server to another the license transfer fees will be $49 which includes installation charges.

For a subscriptions based product, i don't think it was a smart decision to add an extra charge for your support and for software upgrade.

Those extra charge really scare me, because i might need your help someday and after i paid the $99/mo and i need to paid you $10/hour for your help.

We have inhouse developers and we are constantly working on improving existing version and adding more features in next release.. $199 yearly charges is for upgrades and updates which you can ignore if you do not want to update software.

for monthly support I am sure anyone can learn system in few days so not much of support requires and we do not charge for any unwanted support calls.

I have taken your feedback in positively and will talk to my team about removing it if its possible.
