Hi.. Yes it is legit... These key are MSDN key -- One time use... U can check the MSDN Subscription site. They will get block if u install more than one pc or format the HDD or reinstall the pc.

If u go for OEm then no problem u can install and reinstall unlimit but on same pc ,same motherboard.

Price for OEM window 7 Pro is $20 - u will hv screenshot sticker for
that. $ 25 for window 8
