Building a website?

Been looking at a few hosts, looking at making a bit of money from ads or just an actual website concept. Don't know very much html at this point, I have seen a few hosting companies offering website 'templates' at an extra cost of course. Was curious if there was a website that offers this, would it be possible to just copy and paste the source code from that?

The quickest way of designing website is defffinitly wordpress, pretty much drag and drop awesomeness and plugins can enable almost any function without any html.

Yes I agree
use a wordpress site.
a self hosted site. get a domain name, install WP and add a theme to suit what you want. add plugins and all sorts of great things will happen for you..
