Thank you for your review. I understand your point, but please understand that by paying around $30 for a Linux VPS you can't have a managed VPS. We always try our best to help our users with technical issues on Linux based on our free time, but otherwise, since you OWN your VPS, it is up to you to set it up.

Other than that, we have our Web Hosting plans that come with cPanel directly and everything is setup.

I didn't expect a managed VPS but call me naive but I expected when I paid you for WHM/cPanel I expected it to be installed for me. I also expected you to honour your 7 day money back guarantee if we were not happy with your services.

I did not expect:
- it to take you 3 attempts to send me the correct server information
- for you to fail to register the cPanel licence until I had to contact you about it
- for your support to be limited to certain times of the day

Rest assured I will be cancelling all services with you and will not be recommending you further.

Yes, of course that works with our VPS. cPanel is not possible, as you can only have cPanel on a Linux VPS with CentOS. You can use separate hosting plan that has cpanel included already.
