A quick updated review. The windows VPS are great and do what they promise however they seem not to have much of a clue when it comes to the Linux ones. It even took them 3 attempts to provide the correct IP addresses for the VPS. Unless you are technicaly proficient with installing WHM and cPanel from scratch then I would avoid.

I'm currently seeking a refund for the Linux VPS so will update when I get a response.

Another thing to note is that they do not offer 24/7 support, my first ticket took 9 hours to get a reply but with that being said our conversation during European working hours was almost instantaneous so take that in mind when ordering if that is important to you.

I will reiterate that I also have a Windows VPS with them and it works great. Perhaps more staff training on Linux may be the answer.
