Well you pretty much explained everything contains or needs in a Bing+Clickbank course. And since you mentioned all that, I just want to say that I designed this course for all that means newbie or intermediate so i can say I have to mentioned almost all that in my eBook.
Apart from that I've mentioned Some important tips like "Tips to getting higher CTR", "writing good ad copies", there's also vps+coupon method to help you make almost free bing accounts which you can sell account to others , "there's tracking system",and yeah my almost 10 campaigns.
this is not a WSO it's more like case study and blueprint. I don't know if you're going to find all that in a single course offered by anyone.

Alright I managed to purchase the Bing Smart PPC Blueprint course and I'm certain that I didn't invest my money to another crappy WSO or anything like that.
The OP tried to explain everything a newbie wants and needs to setup and run successful campaigns on Bing,
although there's something missing like setting up campaigns in tracking system but I think almost everyone who used Bing earlier might know how to do that,
So over all this course is a must have because OP is delivering some working campaigns.
I haven't tried the campaigns yet cause I'm still waiting my funds to release and I'll try it asap and post the results.
