Here is my quick review:
OP provide the step by step procedure to make free VPS and bing ads account creation (cannot mention here what VPS he recommended). He provides some video instructions if do not understand the step by step process.
After completing the initial steps he shows in demo video, how to make Bing account. Its 22 mints demo video (without voice). His Skype support is awesome. I just setup my initial things to create Bing accounts.

Really easy staff!
I was used to buy Bing ads account and run campaign there. I tried to make Bing ads account myself using virtual machine, but cannot add payment method there. In his live demo video I just know how easy it is to add payment method. Also saw that his Bing campaign getting clicks and impressions.
