it was my fault, I didn't knew how to set it up properly
stifler was kind enough to help me over teamviewer, great support

There were a few problems since his VPS had crashed but he was courteous enough to offer a refund or another try, so I rather waited and today he delivered the Bing account + VPS + Impressions, everything looks good, going to setup a campaign in about 24 to 48 hours to give it that cooling period since it's just today he added the coupon... For all I can say, this guy is amazing, he gave me timely updates, and cleared my concerns... Will update my review once am done setting up campaigns again, as per his instructions :)
