Best way to make whiteboard videos?

Is there any tool free/cheap that will help me make whiteboard videos that I will later upload over social media? I have 0 clue on animation so if that tool comes with guide that it's better.

Also how do people make simple animation videos? Ones which have animated characters talking but very less movements

Did you try Videoscribe Pro it cost money but here in forum you can find it cracked working version.

Open Broadcast Studio (https://obsproject.com/) when used in conjunction with say, a paint program or similar can do this for free

In other words use OBS to video capture what you are doing in the graphics program.
