I don't think Senuke is that great tool. But it is still too expensive and many blackhatters doesn't buy it.

Selecting name is the hardest part I guess.

Nothing is impossible, you just need a good developer team that's it. Anything is programmatically possible.

Auto delete the backlinks that are gone.
ReCheck for existing links on multi tier projects. (dont build links to "dead-links")
ability to train platforms and add own sites.
no blog commenter, scrapebox does it job!
maybe auto email creation!
