I think porting scrapebox functionalities would be great and would be also something that today's top backlink builder software's lack and not doing something like the diagram designer would be dumbness because one of the reasons SENuke Xcr is popular is because of it's diagram designer which makes it so easy to tell software what, How and When to do.

You should also add functionality like Macro Recorder present in SENuke XCr, it's the next most used thing by SEO persons (like me).

SENuke's monopoly is not unbeatable but you will have to do something that will make users think that it's the next big thing and the thing that a lot of people want to see is AIO software and not just a backlink software. They (I) don't like to jump from one application to another to do certain things.

Hope you create a robust software and the name I would suggest is SEOGod if it can do more that just backlink building. Good Luck.

I think that the real approach to the promotion of this new software are answers for these following questions

Why our "Best Seo tool" is better then SENUKE?
Why our..................... is better then GSA SER?
Why our ....................is better then Magic Submitter, Sick Submitter...etc.

If you will be able to give relevant answers on this to the future clients, than the price, fees or app name is really only secondary issue. And you will make a fortune......

diagram designer is good and the most unique feature of senuke. but we'll try to find a different unique feature like it. we are still thinking on it. when you find some %100 unique ideas please let me know. and thanks for the suggestions.

I hope so, however remember that senuke is 5 years old product and I don't think we can beat it at the first time. we can beat it in 1 year or 3-5-7 months maybe. we need to earn first, and then invest on it.

I think you should put alot of effort in the GUI and overall handling of campaings and stuff. There are so many different SEO tools, some of them good und some of them bad but all of them are complicated to handle if you dont know them. Take a look at some apple software and try to get a feeling for what they do to keep things intuitive and in flow so people dont get overwhelmed by the mass of features.
I like the diagram designer in senuke, although there could be a lot of stuff improved. Anyway, the way of a real graphics interface with icons and line drawing is really nice and attracts many people (especialle those who are new to SEO). Of course, you have to add some "advanced menu" where people who really know what they are doing can tweak and adjust all the settings they want.
But I would advise to keep it optional, so the user can use the full power of your tool without any "deep knowledge" of your software and how it works.

A nice idea would be a "site analyzer" who checks some stuff about your money site like domain age, PR, inbound links, word count and stuff. Not to give you advice on how to improve it (although that could be an option too) but to create a unique campaign on auto pilot for the users site. The software should decide about a good amout of new links to create and how they should be created in multiple tiers etc, depending on the users needs (his site).

GSA is really powerfull because it's created in a "modular" way, so each update does only affect a platform and not the whole posting process. I think this is a really great way of developing a powerfull seo tool as you can always add new stuff without affecting the users experience in handling it too much.
Furthermore, it is so powerfull and efficient because the developer wrote nice piece of code. I think it is really important that SEO tool developers dont put some s**t together to have running piece of crap which can produce some links, but create a real programm. Which means some good and fast code. Trying to improve the code after the release, speeding up the handling of threads, submissions and stuff. This is what keeps people sticking to your software. If you take a look at xrumer and why it is so successfull, I would say first of all because it's fast as hell and not buggy crap.

My name advice is to stay away from all this X,Ultra,Super,Ninja stuff and even dont add words like marketing or ranker or whatever. This just sounds not professional, so I would suggest a more innovative name which sticks in peoples head. Will post if I got some nice ideas :)
