Hi Bhcatz, here's my answer:

1) yes, connect the subdomain to builderall from domain of external website.
2) So far of my experience, it is good and speedy.
3) There are 2 kinds of site builder in Builderall. One is responsive site builder and the other is drag and drop builder
- Responsive site builder - Pick your template, customized it and you have a responsive website.
- Drag and drop builder - You can customized website to 3 different device screen: Desktop, smartphone and tablet. That means, you layout for desktop, layout for tablet and layout for Smartohne. Why? Because you have different audience and user to different platform.

So, those humor mongerers are not reliable, they are those people who don't know what they are saying.
