It will create permanent back links to your sites. However these back links are visible only to verified search engine bots and not humans. If your sites are in Google WMT then after some time you can see your back links growing and their source too.

This system is not for great rankings, its for indexing your sites in BULK. This is useful when you are creating automated sites in bulk (in hundreds) and want quick and fast indexing of your sites. Its used mostly by black hatters so don't expect this to be a ranking tool.
