This is private licence software which has to be licenced individually for security- to avoid fraud and abuse. The developer issues licences between 24 – and 72 hour from when I submit the request. He means 1 – 3 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays in Canada.

I am in UK – so there is the added delay caused by time zones – I need to sleep sometimes – lol.
