I don't know where you are from and I don't want to know and I truthfully don't care that you run one big Adwords account before coz it is very UN-necessary on this, simply follow the instructions included with the account details when delivered and you are good to fly.

By the way, on your already-running accounts , there is no how it would link with the one you bought here technically as the VPS is completely a new system of its own//

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT, INCASE..

If there is any problem with account and u need something fixed in it, like proxy reconnection , account migration, VPS issue, I handle all these anytime until you are done with the account credit. However for replacement and refund, I replace account or issue refund (any reason whatsover) if you insist on it if not more than 7 days you created campaign on the account and credit not up $25 used

SUSPENSION? If ban is due to Payment activity (Google clearly shows reason of ban in E-mail recieved) - I replace with no question asked, but if due to your ads , the best I could do is offering a discount - it is clearly your fault..., so no replacement no refund in cash of any form!

Quick Advice: Please get your campaign ready or almost before purchasing , so u can launch your campaign as fast possible after delivery, as no refund or replacement of any form would take place if more than 7 days after delivery and you get back to me for replacement or refund when your account get suspended.
