This is not adsense account approval service! checkout my other thread for it.

See, you can get adsense for website(genuine) and to use with external websites(hosted adsense).
For adsense to approve with website, you need to have a website which is of least 6 month old, good authority and organic traffic.

There is no special approval process for it. As soon as you enable youtube monetization,it will be active.
