1. does it support multiple user? say we have registered few accounts where can we see it or stored?
2. The accounts that is registered - can we save it for the next round?
3. Do we need captcha service to go with auto register for bookmark accounts?

You mean the software?,nope it supports only one user.

2.The accounts that is registered - can we save it for the next round?
Yes,you have the options of save credentials in the submission tab.it was stored in My Documents Folder.

3.Do we need captcha service to go with auto register for bookmark accounts?
Members those who purchased get two versions.
1.Auto-Captcha Version(You need captcha service to use this)
2.Manual Captcha Version

There is no exact last day fixed,but the major update will be at anytime.now,or tomorrow or in the next month.
