When software works its great when it don't throw it out.

I've paid for this at the beginning of this thread at full price and I have yet to get support answers and a working software.
The first version i came in on was 3.9 all worked okay except for memory game glitches but the admob ads worked

Then updated to 3.9.5 everything still worked except the memory game glitches still but the admob ads worked

Now 4.0 all apps compile correctly now memory game fixed with all 3 game modes but now no admob ads work and support can't seem to be bothered with solving it for me they just assume that because theirs and others are working that the problem is all me.

Yet the ads worked until I updated so yeah agreed updating was my fault but the failure is theirs.

My suggestion save your money buy a better product. I will attempt to get a refund which I highly doubt will happen considering the source of this cookie cutter software.

I will recant this comment only if I get proper support to get it fixed until then this is my view of this software and lack of support within.

Hello sir,

This is very inaccurate.
First of All, The Ads are working on All templates just fine. Some Ads on ONE TEMPLATE were not showing on our first 4.0 update, and we sent a Fix the next morning.


It is not our fault if you do not check your emails or check our dedicated Forum that offers all the support and help you need.

Let me just get this straight, You are advising people not to buy this, just because YOU did not install the latest update ??

You also say that you will delete this comment once you get support. Support on what ? The Update already fixed the Ad issue...

I'm having a very hard time figuring out what you need.

The AppyGEN Software takes care of the reskinning too, all apps are reskinnable through the AppyGEN Interface.

Wow you two assholes don't even know a d*** thing about what was going on, unless you're the actual software developers at which case would you like for me to show you the emails? I have sent 10 emails back and forth with the support since I paid for this software. I do believe his name is Tom or at least that is what he goes by on the private forum.

I gave an honest review of my experience with this software. This is not made up this is the current problem I am having right now with this software at the very moment.

I can send you a link to the apk and show you the ads don't work and other people who have this software downloaded my app and confirmed the ads don't work.

So don't presume to tell me that I didn't check the d*** forum or send support request.

The only way you can make that claim is to lie to save face or to not have a clue what is going.

You know what they say images don't lie pay special attention to the dates.

Then go back and reread my post about this software because the stuff I added was not some made up crap like your comment assuming I never updated my software, or checked my emails and other members of the private forum also never received the email to the 4.0 update they had to ask in the private forum shall I get a screen shot of that too?

Unless this prompts it to be deleted. Not to worry I have a screenshot of that too now so delete if you must

Please understand that this is a very specific issue and very few of our customers had the issue, it was not easy to figure out.

Anyways, I apologize for that and a Fix will be sent to all customers in the next few days.

So let's move on and lets get it fixed and rebuild this relationship.

Yes we did get banned from WF a few days ago, as I have said so myself in this thread on page 23 or 24.
This is also the second time we get banned from WF.
The Ban is not relative to the product.
We are currently discussing it with WF Mods, so far they have allowed us to get back on November 27th.
