Let me answer this:

Seattle Cloud APP - SaaS very/more expensive, monthly fee, more templates than AppyGen.
AppyGen - Software, one time fee. Lots of templates.

Those are just the most obvious. I personally find working with AppyGen easier as it doesnt need a huge learning point as Seattle Cloud Apps does.
