Amazon Associates Forum
I recently checked out the forum for Amazon Associates when there was a reporting problem and came across an interesting thread where a member was sharing his earnings ($12.5k Aug 14) and then there was a discussion on how he was doing that.

Before you reach your first 100$, you have to fill tax form.. I am at tax form approval stage...
